I never realised how harmful adrenaline could be for dogs. We have worked a lot to stop his random zooming since we re homed him 6 months ago. Place after exercise was a game changer for our female and new boy has adjusted to it very well also but there is still that rebel in him that puts 2 fingers up to me once he starts to bomb around tearing my lawn up 🤣🤣🤣

I link dehydration with the adrenals. Dehydration or hyponatremia or low salt are the same condition.
Dehydration is an emergency. The adrenals manage all emergencies.
Salt turns off the adrenals so they rest and recoup, ready for a real emergency because salt brings hydration. A SALTY treat might be a game changer for anxious dogs.
Our physiology is underpinned by hydration not oxygenation. Zero oxygen required. To understand this assertion 1. We breathe air not oxygen is where I logically dismiss the gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide as a FRAUD. We are not machines using gases of combustion and exhaust.
